What is a Low Country Seafood Boil?

A Low Country Boil is a beloved Southern culinary tradition with its roots in the coastal regions of the Carolinas. This flavorful dish typically features a delightful combination of shrimp, corn on the cob, sausage, and potatoes, all seasoned to perfection with the iconic Old Bay seasoning and boiled together in a spacious pot. When it’s time to savor the feast, the ingredients are artfully spread out on a communal table, usually covered in newspaper or butcher paper. Diners are free to select their favorites from this delectable spread, making it a perfect choice for gatherings and outdoor events where people can enjoy the rich flavors of the South.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card providers.

What makes boiled seafood better than steamed?

When seafood is boiled, it tends to absorb the flavors of the seasonings and spices used in the boiling water. This can lead to a dish that is more flavorful and rich in taste. On the contrary, when seafood is steamed, it maintains a more delicate flavor since it is not subjected to the same intense seasoning.
Boiling seafood can yield a firmer texture, offering a satisfying bite, while steaming seafood tends to result in a softer and more tender consistency.

Is it possible to customize the spiciness level of a Low Country seafood boil?

We offer the option of Light Seasoning; any further adjustments may alter the intended flavors of our signature recipe.

What sides pair well with a seafood boil?

We offer a range of A La Carte side items to enhance your seafood boil experience. Seafood and protein add-ons like King Crab Legs, Snow Crab Clusters, Clams, Mussels, Sausage, and Pulled Pork go great with a seafood boil. You also can request extra rolls, crab crackers, corn, and potatoes, plus sauces like cocktail sauce and butter. Folks often want our Key Lime Pie for dessert.

These options provide a wide selection to customize your seafood boil, allowing you to tailor your meal to your liking and the number of guests you’re serving.
